The James A. Porter Colloquium is presented in conjunction with the David C. Driskell Center for the Study of the African Diaspora.
All Colloquium events will be held at the Armour J. Blackburn Center on the campus of Howard University, with the exception of the Annual David C. Driskell Lecture to be held on the campus of the University of Maryland, College Park.
Admission to all Colloquium sessions and lectures is free and open to the public.

Washington offers a wealth of cultural and entertainment activities for Colloquium attendees.
